Terms and conditions of sale
 
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products online page in the Naucom - Equipamentos de Navegação e de Telecomunicações Lda (hereinafter Naucom).

Shipping, Payment, Returns and Guarantees
 
Deliveries
 
Naucom offers customers two ways of receiving the products purchased on your Online Store.
The client may choose to waive his order in store or by sending through CTT Expresso services or other carrier selected by Naucom.
If the Customer opts for shipping, plus the transportation value to the value of the order.
Note: In case of refund orders to Naucom, after shipping, due to absence or any other situation may be charged new delivery.
 
Forms of payment
 
Before finalizing the order to the customer is presented the method of payment and the same via MULTIBANCO, PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER, all submissions shall be made only after confirmation of receipt.
 
Products
 
Unless otherwise indicated, prices always correspond to one unit. Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate.
All products for sale in the Naucom page are new except those with an express indication "product display" or "recovery".
Attention: Due to possible changes of suppliers, product images may not exactly match the product.
In case of rupture of the stock Naucom can not guarantee that the product price does not change, however the shipment will be made only after the client is informed and agrees to maintain order.
 
Returns
 
Pursuant to Decree No. 143/2001, of 26 April, including its art. 6, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that it is in proper conditions of use (including the original manuals and accessories package), no refunds software will be accepted, digital cartography and payments of satellite communications services.
Will only be refunded the amount of the product, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, in any and all circumstances.
 
Warranties
 
Guarantees of equipment always work according to the conditions established by the manufacturer.
Warranties do not cover:
 
• Cost of shipping the defective equipment
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
• Damage caused by transportation without the original packaging.
• Damage caused by poor equipment protection.
• Equipment Naucom opened by the strange entities.
• Equipment which has undergone repair attempts, or even repair outside our service offerings without prior written permission.
 
Prices Online Store
 
Some prices in the Naucom online store may differ slightly from the prices in the physical store, the purpose of updating the products, prices or campaigns.
 
Privacy Policy
