The Cobham Explorer 710 is the world's first smallest portable class 1 BGAN terminal capable of supporting the full-channel option and the first to support INMARSAT high-speed data transmission service (HDR) being able to achieve transmission speeds of up to 650 Kbps and having improvements such as quality of service assurance (QoS) , making the ground transmission more reliable and resistant than ever before.
Introduces a range of new features including smartphone compatibility and plug-and-play connectivity, which by connecting two EXPLORER 710s with an Ethernet cable, allows almost double your transfer rate and achieve even faster transmission speeds Of up to 1 Mbps, being the last BGAN portable terminal for transmission and other IP based applications.

With data transmission rates of 32, 64, 128, 176, 256 Kbps, as well as BGAN X-Stream ™ at 456 Kbps, the EXPLORER 710 offers a wide range of video and audio transmission options.
